We collect and use your information, including that which you provide when filling in application forms, fields in a contract or when registering to use sections of our website together with any other information or updates that you provide to us when corresponding with us (by phone, e-mail or otherwise).  This information may include your personal data.

We may use your information to provide services to you and to carry out our obligations arising under or in connection with a contract.

We may record, monitor and retain communications (which may include the recording, monitoring and retention by a third party appointed by us), between us and you for the purposes of providing services to you and/or otherwise to comply with applicable law.

•   comply with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering, know-your customer checks) and for the prevention and detection of crime;

•    withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. Please note, however, that we may still be entitled to process your personal data if we have another legitimate reason (other than consent) for doing so; 
•    in some circumstances, request personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or request that we transmit such data to a third party where this is technically feasible. Please note that this right only applies to personal data which you have provided to us;
•    correct or update your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
•    request that we erase your personal data in certain circumstances. Please note that there may be circumstances where you ask us to erase your personal data but we are legally entitled to retain it;
•    object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and opt out of this; and
•    lodge a complaint with the data protection regulator (details of which are provided below) if you think that any of your rights have been infringed by us.
