Winterflood, a division of Marex and one of the UK's leading liquidity providers and retail-focused capital markets distributors, has entered a strategic partnership with Curation, the AI infrastructure for retail investor relations.
The partnership combines Winterflood's capital markets expertise with Curation's retail investor engagement technology, helping listed companies attract, engage and better understand retail investors both during capital raises and throughout their journey as public companies.
As part of the partnership, Winterflood will offer Curation's retail investor relations capabilities to companies undertaking equity and fixed income capital raises through WRAP. Curation will support issuers in building and engaging retail investor audiences while providing measurable insights into investor engagement.
In addition, Winterflood's proprietary Winterflood Retail Intelligence (WRI) solution will be made available to Curation's corporate clients, providing detailed analytics on retail trading activity to help listed companies better understand shareholder behaviour and measure the effectiveness of their retail investor engagement strategies.
The partnership will support clients across the UK and Europe, combining Curation's growing community of approximately 100,000 monthly users with Winterflood's retail distribution capabilities and capital markets expertise.
