Winterflood is delighted to announce the successful completion of a significantly oversubscribed Retail Offer with Gelion plc as part of the company’s £10 million capital raise.
Gelion plc, energy storage solutions innovator, partnered with Winterflood Retail Access Platform (WRAP) to extend its capital raise to the retail investing community. The Retail Offer reached its target of £500,000 and closed early due to increased interest and oversubscription.
Through the WRAP Retail Offer, Winterflood is pleased to connect the retail investing community with public listed companies and is delighted to be able to work with Gelion plc on this successful fundraise.
