Winterflood Securities is delighted to announce the successful completion of their first WRAP (Winterflood Retail Access Platform) Retail Offer. Light Science Technologies Plc raised gross proceeds of £156,055 pursuant to the WRAP Retail Offer. WRAP helps bridge the gap between public listed companies and their retail investors.
Further to the WRAP Retail Offer and as announced on 4 April 2023 at 7:00 am, Light Science Technologies has also raised aggregate gross proceeds of £1,432,500 through a proposed issue of 143,250,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 1 penny per share. The issue price of the WRAP Retail Offer Shares is equal to the Issue Price.
