Winterflood is hosting the Private Markets Forum at its offices to help shape the future of markets for shares in private companies in the United Kingdom. The Private Markets Forum initiative, which was established by JP Jenkins and InfinitX, aims to provide a clear voice for the private securities industry, offering workable and enduring solutions to the UK Government’s push for growth.
The Private Markets Forum now connects a wide-ranging group of industry professionals including trading platforms, buy- and sell-side investors and advisers, accountants, clearing houses, lawyers, and others. The founding members include:
