Yesterday, Winterflood was proud to host ‘Engaging with Retail Investors’, an informative conference and networking event for our clients at our London offices.
The event featured insightful sessions from industry leaders, including Kyle Caldwell, Funds and Investment Education Editor at Interactive Investors, and Abigail Foster, Personal Finance Educator & Author, and was chaired by Joe Winkley, Head of Investment Trusts at Winterflood.
Educational talks on the retail investing climate were also led by expert speakers from Winterflood. Opening the event, was Innes Urquhart, Deputy Head of Investment Trusts, with an introduction to Retail Trading and ‘the RSP’. Further to this, Sophia Bechev, Winterflood Retail Access Platform (‘WRAP’) Execution Lead, discussed platform connectivity and how to maximise distribution to retail investors, with Emma Bird, Head of Research, closing the event with key analysis and insights on retail investors.
